After numerous years in development, the first D5000 PC drip line was launched in 2011. Since that time, the innovation has continued, with many new product improvements and product extensions, including anti-siphon (AS) and copper-oxide (CX) options. In 2022, Rivulis has further extended the range with the suite of D5000 no-drain (ND) drip line options. Rivulis D5000 ND is ideal for applications using pulse irrigation – short and frequent irrigation cycles where the water needs to stay in the tube during shut-off. When the pressure drops below 0.14 bar, the D5000 ND dripper seals, keeping the water in the tube, ready for the next irrigation cycle. All drippers feature a large flow-path for maximum clog resistance, and a full length flow-regulating diaphragm that ensures uniform flow while also providing the sealing ND mechanism. The Rivulis D5000 ND option is available in 0.65, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.5 l/h flow-rates today, with 1.0 l/h to be available shortly.
