The Scarabelli Group is delighted to announce that IREX Irrigation Excellence has acquired the Spanish company RIS Iberia.
RIS Iberia is a leading company on the Iberian Peninsula, specialising in agricultural and residential irrigation solutions, hydraulic valves, advanced filtration systems and precision agriculture technologies.
This addition to the group forms part of IREX’s strategic plan to establish an international business presence, expand capabilities, generate synergies and enhance adaptability to customer needs.
For reference, the IREX Group was formed in 2022 through the merger of four companies that previously constituted the Scarabelli Group: Scarabelli, Giunti, Europlast, and Smacla.
