Carlos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship. For the past 13 years, Carlos has been the General Manager of NaanDanJain Irrigation's subsidiary in Spain (NDJ Iberica). Under Carlos' leadership, NDJ Iberica achieved significant revenue growth of 150% in Spain, Portugal and the Maghreb, while achieving record profitability.
Among the key achievements, the Rivulis European team laid the foundations of the new Rivulis with the acquisition of the NaanDanJain entities and the merger of the teams in all regions, enabling us to offer our partners an unparalleled micro-irrigation proposition. In Europe, the team has been able to build a solid and loyal team, with a mixed management team from different backgrounds before the merger.
From April 2023, Carlos will manage the operations (manufacturing, supply chain and IT/IS) of the company in Europe, responsible for 240 employees, and with manufacturing sites in Lespinasse (France), Almería (Spain), Manzanares (Spain) and the Briggs factory in Corby (UK), and warehouses in 6 locations across Europe. Carlos will also take responsibility for the operations (projects, distribution, service, supply chain) carried out on the African continent from the European business unit.
