The new Valley® Variable Rate Irrigation individual Sprinkler (VRI iS) for center pivots gives growers the highest level of sprinkler control. Growers can change application rates or simply turn off individual sprinklers over non-irrigated areas, allowing them to fine-tune water application more accurately than in a zoned area. Fields with many soil types, topography variations and non-irrigated areas can benefit from VRI iS.Growers with high value crops can use VRI iS to maximize yields and crop quality while minimizing water and fertilizer usage.
